This space is the start of a reset — not the dramatic, overnight kind, but the quiet, deliberate kind that happens when you realise something has to change, and you’re finally ready to do it properly.
This blog is about weight loss, yes — but not just numbers on a scale. It’s about rebuilding habits, learning (again) how to listen to my body, and figuring out what a healthier, steadier life looks like at this stage. No extremes. No pretending. No perfect before-and-after photos.
I’m doing this for myself as much as anything else. Writing it down keeps me honest, reflective, and accountable — and if it helps or resonates with someone else along the way, even better.
